In 2004, Pickwick Pines Resort was selected by Living Southern Style as one of the "Fabulous 50 Communities in the South" as a resort and retirement community.

Pickwick Pines Resort features a beautiful 7,000 sq ft Resort
Lodge. A perfect place to meet friends, unwind or cozy up to the
massive stone fireplace. The Lodge includes a dining area,
big screen TV, grand piano and stage area for entertaining. Live entertainment on the weekends in the Resort Lodge and Pool Area

The Activity Center boasts 14,000 sq ft and features Exercise Room, Tanning Beds, Auditorium, Conference Rooms, and Card & Craft Room. Other amenities coming soon

Adjacent to the Resort Lodge is a beautiful 20X40 swimming pool.
A covered veranda with ceiling fans provides a nice place to relax.
There is also live entertainment some weekends
during the summer.

This cabin is #1 Brett Bluff. One bedroom 1 1/2 baths, last house on street, access to community pool, activity center, all amenties of the resort.

Holidays are 3 night minimums, all fees to be paid at time of reservation.
9 % sales tax, $30.00 cleaning fee, 3 % booking fee

It is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath with a bonus room that has a sofa sleeper in it. Master has a king size bed and other bedroom has a queen. It is $200/ night. It has a gas grill and a screened in back porch with a deck branching off it.
