Waterfront Homes are
properties that sit directly on the lake. However, access to the water varies with each waterfront
home. A waterfront home with a stunning view may have a stairwell and/or tram down to the water. A home with a fairly level lot may have easier
access to the water but no view. With waterfront homes you will also want to consider the type dock or
boathouse to meet your needs. Every setting has it's own unique advantages. A $55 damage wavier is required
for all of our waterfront homes.
