updated with a stone fireplace and screened-in porch but it still has that fabulous view of the water. Within walking distance
of Grand Harbor Marina, this house has been enjoyed by many. It is set back in a cove so the water is a little quieter than
the open lake. You can relax on the deck with a hammock to die for or enjoy a bug free outdoors in the screened-in porch.
It is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home with a loft and private dock. It is also within walking distance to another one of our
waterfront homes called Corky's. You can get your family together and have two waterfront homes to split them between
for those memorable family reunions.
