This is the perfect vacation or weekend getaway home, located on a quiet cove just off Yellow Creek near Aqua Yacht Harbor.  With lots of windows, this home is very open and sunny with views of the lake from every room. The home also boasts a large Deck overlooking the water with Gas Grill, perfect for entertaining or just sunbathing.  In addition, there is a fully Screened Porch on the lower level complete with ceiling fans. The private Boat Dock, just steps away, can be easily accessed by foot or by car! 

Entry level has a fully equipped kitchen with 4 barstools, dining area with table and 6 chairs, ½ bath off entry, living room and family room separated by a two-sided wood burning fireplace complete with TV/DVD/VCR, and a Master bedroom with a King-size bed, full bath, walk-in closet, w/TV and a large deck.

Lower level has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a laundry room, and screened porch. The green bedroom contains a King-size bed and a Full-size futon, TV, and its own bathroom. The tan bedroom across the hall contains an oversized Bunk Bed, TV, plus its own full-bath. The bunk bed contains 2 Twin beds and 1 Full-size bed.

There is also a Loft, which contains 2 Twin beds and a sitting area complete with TV/DVD player.  This area is also ideal for video game play.  A Sega game system and some games are provided.  You may hook up your own game system if you like!

Updates for 2008: A new deluxe Gas Grill, a new Mr. Coffee coffeemaker, newly tiled fireplace surround in Hearth Room, a Foosball table added on screened Porch, two new chairs in Living Room, and newer, more comfortable mattresses on beds in Loft.
